How we handle your data

Full transparency on what happens with your emails during the analysis.

AI model

We use Claude by Anthropic to analyse and categorise your emails. Claude is a leading AI model built with a focus on safety and reliability. Your data is sent via Anthropic's API with encryption in transit.

Processing location

Our service runs on EU-based servers. Email data is processed through Anthropic's API, which operates under their privacy policy. Data sent to the API is not used to train their models.

Access level

We request read-only access to your mailbox. We cannot send, delete, or modify any emails. You can revoke access at any time from your Microsoft or Google account settings.

Data retention

Once your report is delivered, we delete all email data and revoke the OAuth access token. We only keep the final anonymised report and aggregated statistics — no raw emails are stored.

Encryption

Your OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and only stored for the duration of the analysis. All connections use TLS encryption in transit.

Who has access

Only the assigned consultant at Spaike accesses your data during the analysis. No third parties are involved beyond the AI provider (Anthropic).
